Centre working to develop portal for ‘ease of residing’ of pensioners


The Centre is working to develop an built-in portal to reinforce “ease of residing” of pensioners, stated a senior official within the division of pension below the Union personnel ministry.

V Srinivas, Secretary of Division of Pension and Pensioners’ Welfare (DoPPW), was talking after inaugurating a two-day bankers’ consciousness programme.

Srinivas burdened on offering seamless expertise to pensioners for which the DoPPW is engaged on an Synthetic Intelligence/Machine Studying enabled built-in pensioners portal, a press release issued by the personnel ministry stated.

The portal would hyperlink the DoPPW’s portal Bhavishya and pension portals of varied banks, creation of chat bot to make sure seamless interplay between pensioners, authorities and banker, it stated.
