PFC pays Rs 2,033 crore interim dividend to Govt for FY24

New Delhi: State-owned PFC on Wednesday mentioned it has paid a complete dividend of ₹2,033 crore to the federal government for the monetary yr 2023-24.

The corporate has paid the dividend in three instalments of Rs 554 crore, Rs 832 crore and Rs 647 crore, it mentioned in an announcement.

“PFC pays the highest-ever interim dividend of ₹2,033 crore to the Authorities of India for the FY24. The interim dividend RTGS (Actual Time Gross Settlement) intimation recommendation was offered to RK Singh, Minister Energy, New & Renewable Power…by CMD Parminder Chopra,” it famous.

PFC has up to now paid interim dividend amounting to ₹3,630 crore to its shareholders for the monetary yr 2023-24, the highest-ever interim dividend paid by the corporate, the assertion mentioned.
