End User Certificate (EUC)
| 1 | EUC is the critical document. EUC must indicate name of the item of export, name of the importer, specific end use of the product and details of Purchase Order. |

Approving / Issuance
| Inter-Ministerial Working Group (IMWG) in the DGFT under the Chairmanship of Additional Director General of Foreign Trade will consider all requests for export of SCOMET items on merits. |
