In response to a finance ministry notification, the exemption of zero import obligation on masur in addition to agri-infra cess of 10 per cent has been prolonged until March 2025.
This exemption on masur was legitimate until March 2024.
“In a few of the pulses, we do not produce as a lot as we devour.
